Shipping Policy
Once we receive your Aldukan order you will receive an order confirmation email with the estimated delivery date. Ready-to-wear pieces take 3-4 working days for delivery, made-to-measure takes up to 4-6 weeks depending on the season. The Aldukan delivery team will contact you on your registered number notifying you of the delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any undamaged Ready to Wear or Accessories can be returned in its original packaging along with the original receipt within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
In addition, please note the following products are not eligible for return:
